On the Funeral Marketplace you have access to our extensive product database with all products from the most important vendors and manufacturers in the industry: from the cemetery to the cremation service to the urn and the coffin, all products and offers for the configuration of a funeral are included.

* Your own Shop *
As a funeral director, you have the chance to create your own company shop: present your company and your offers and services. Your clients can then discover your services and offerings in your shop and add individual products and offers to their wish list - in a consultation or at home.
In the customer consultation, you can use the mandate/presentation mode to present your contents elegantly and simply, without having to log out and log in again.
* Mandates/Deaths management *
You will also find a complex deaths management system on our platform - we call it the *mandates management*. When creating a new mandate, you can save and reuse various information about it. Fill in data like the profile: personal data of the mandate with information on the deceased, but also the bereaved / contact person.
Theres also the *document area*: upload various documents and share them directly from within the app with vendors on the Funeral Marketplace or outside of it. If your customer wants to make use of a vendors services and the vendor needs their death certificate, you can share it with them and other vendors directly from within the app.
Were currently expanding the *form area*. You can create new forms - from the application for cremation to the application for a death certificate at the registry office. More forms are constantly being added.
When you fill out a form and it needs information about the mandate, it will be pre-filled with the data you have already entered in the mandates profile.
Entered once, used over and over again; never again enter data redundantly!
